WHAT TO PAY

KAUKULANG BAYAD NG BAWAT APLIKANTE NA NAIS MAGTRABAHO SA IBANG BANSA

 

 Placement fee na hindi hihigit sa isang buwang sahod.

 Walang placement fee ang:

     domestic workers/household service workers

     seaman o seafarer

     manggagawa na magtatrabaho sa mga bansang ipinagbabawal ang paniningil ng placement fee ayon sa kanilang batas o regulasyon

 Ang manggagawa o OFW ang magbabayad ng gastusin sa mga sumusunod:

     passport

     NBI/police/barangay clearance

     NSO authenticated birth certificate

     Transcript of records and diploma issued buy the school, certified by the Commission on Higher Education and authenticated by the DFA

     Professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission, authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs

     Certificate of Competency for the job applied for issued by TESDA

     Philhealth

     Pag-ibig premium

     Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

     inoculation/vaccination (kung kailangan lamang sa bansang patutunguhan)

     medical/health examination ayon sa medical protocol ng bansang patutunguhan

 Ang principal o employer ang dapat magbayad sa gastusin sa:

     visa at visa stamping

     work permit at residence permit

     roundtrip airfare

     inland transportation mula airport hanggang jobsite

     POEA processing fee

     OWWA membership fee

     additional trade test/assessment, if requested by the principal

     other onsite expenses related to employment

 REMINDERS:

     1. Ang worker ay maari lamang magbayad ng placement fee sa lisensyadong ahensya matapos nitong lagdaan ang approved employment contract at dapat itong maisyuhan ng kaukulang resibo.

     2. Ang mandatory insurance premium ay hindi babayaran ng worker.

     3. Mahigpit ng pinagbabawal ang anumang bayarin maliban sa nabanggit.
